Nicely decorated. Clean bedding. Towels provided. Good Wi-Fi connection. We really like the location although a walk away from pier but it felt a bit quieter than the hustle and bustle. Also we got collected from the pier with someone to help carry our bags.
We had a 2 night stay and the first night we opted for the room with just the fan (completely our own fault) but it was very hot. The staff were very helpful and we paid to move to a room with A/C which was very good. However, the room with A/C had hundreds of ants on the floor and they got into the bedding, and we woke up with quite a few ant bites on our body. The ants also got all over our food bag which was wrapped up with 5 bags tied shut and hung up high. We only had bread and oats in there but had to throw the entire contents. The ants were already in the room when we got in so it wasn’t like the food attracted them.

The receptionist/host was the highlight of the experience. She was really helpful, with giving us directions, suggestions and anything that we needed.
I mean its great value for money, since its super cheap and you get everything you need for a fee days stay.

the shower/ants being everywhere and the drainage hole not having a cover which allowed cockroaches to roam freely in the shower room during the night
