Fantastic location and such a lovely, welcoming family! I always stay here every time on Phi Phi and wouldn’t go anywhere else. It’s safe, peaceful, and very quiet. It’s not a 5-star hotel, but it’s clean, comfortable, and everything you need. I recommend this place all the time!

Harmony House is an amazing place for a full budget stay in Phi Phi. It’s really fair what you’re getting for how much you’re paying. Location is very central. The rooms are big and if you go for the AC room you’ll be fine. The balcony is also very nice.
Staff is super nice and always there to help and assist.
Harmony House is of course a bit old and outdated which you can expect for this price point. The stairs are difficult to get up to the rooms in case you have a problem with that there is no elevator. The bedsheets need updating and the bathroom is very old and needs renovating.

I always stay here on Phi Phi. 5 mins walk from the beach, via the path that you walk down to get to Ibiza pool party, Blanco Beach Bar for their boat party etc. But totally quiet. It is a random chance what size room you get, they just give you whatever's available when you arrive and it really varies. But I appreciate being able to check in when I get there at 11:45 so I can go straight onto the Blanco Boat Party. And this time in particular I found the room really cosy and comfortable, even though it was one of the smaller ones.
Nothing, it was all on point. I always read negative criticism of this place and I have no idea why, unless it's people booking fan rooms and being surprised it's hot. You only have to interact with the staff when you check in, they are very efficient, and I have never found them "rude" or otherwise. When you get an AC room you are always upstairs with a balcony and plenty of window/s, so maybe if you have a fan room downstairs you have problems with noisy family or something...? Just trying to make sense of some of the negative reviews which I find it a bit baffling. The haberdashery is old fashioned print, but clean and comfortable.
Oh I will say that the stairs to the room are very steep, wouldn't work for those with mobility problems. They didn't clean the room, but who needs that for two nights? Reading through the reviews again, most of the bad ones come from fan rooms, so maybe the rooms are a lot worse? But seriously. Don't book a fan only room that's inland in Thailand, of course its' going to be boiling haha. And it sounds like some people don't realise Phi Phi is a party island... I just read two negative reviews upset because they could hear sex through the walls hahaha what?

The room was located near to a sewage plant so it constantly smelt 24/7.
Our room wasn’t cleaned once in a 4 day trip.
