First time of my life I write a bad review but this time I really have to ...

Unfortunately, not much except the proximity of the beach ... Here are some pictures of the reality versus what we paid for ...

We booked a 6 persons apartment based on the photos posted on Booking. We were ok to pay for a expensive place in order to spend great vacation but the apartment we got was so far from the one that was advertised and was absolutely not worth the price we paid ... The kitchen that was supposed to be on the level of the huge terrasse with a spectacular seaview was instead on the basement of the duplex (with poor light and with view of the walls of the other apartments). To access the terrasse with a view (which was WAY MUCH SMALLER than the one on the website), people had to go through the master bedroom ... So much for privacy ! The second bedroom which was supposed to have 2 single beds and a big closet ended up having a small double bed with a tiny closet. The reception offered us a foldable bed to install in that bedroom but it was impossible to bring it up to the bedroom through the tiny spiral staircase (even bringing the luggages up/down was tricky ...). The toilet downstairs was leaking and the water heater upstairs was leaking as well. Despite our efforts to resolve the situation calmly with the reception so we could try to find an arrangement, they told us that without the owner, they could not do anything. They had 3 apartements for 6 and posted photos of one of them (obviously they chose pictures of the best apartment...) They recommended that we wrote to Booking which we did. Here is the respond we received that closed the claim : "Update: Booking X at Residence Marina Salivoli We've followed up with Residence Marina Salivoli, however, we regret to inform you that no compensation could be provided in this case..." When no one would take their part of responsibility ... We will definitely not rent there again and we definitely will not recommend that place to anyone. On top of it, we had to pay before we visited the apartment so there was nothing we could do ! That's a subtle way to screw up people !

Wonderful apartment with a huge terrace.

The apartment overlooks the yacht harbor. The staff is friendly and helpful. The apartment has everything for a family vacation. Indoor garage for cars under the apartments.

Peaceful stay in a well equipped location

Location was excellent, very close to a little beach just after the marina which was excellent for swimming, close to the Coop, Calamaresca beach and within walking distance of the town. We particularly liked the well equipped air conditioned apartment with balcony and the tranquility of the surroundings. Also the nature walks on the promentory by the sea and in the woods were very enjoyable. The staff on reception were extremely attentive and helpful. All of the local restaurants are very reasonably priced. Finally the underground car park was welcome in hot temperatures.

Location,, comfortable mattresses

We were surprised by the very weak and insufficient lighting in the rooms. It was very annoying in the kitchen and also on the terrace. we appreciated the coffee machine, but there was no capsule. And one tablet for the dishwasher is also so economical.

We should have stayed longer and must return 😀

The appartment is spacious, modern, spotlessly clean and has everything that one needs including washing machine and dishwasher. The location is perfect for the nature reserve hiking trails and in my opinion, the 2 km walk into town for fantastic food at night was perfect (along the coast). The staff are very friendly and professional. The underground on site parking is also a big plus. The little beach and its friendly bar is also super. There is a large shopping centre (Coop) just a short walk or drive away (500m). If you get a chance, eat at Mama Carla’s in town :-) There is also a restaurant on site that we did not have time to try, but it also looked nice(a little quiet as it was still May and very early in the season).

Beautiful apartment, perfect location.

We absolutely loved this place. The huge terrace with views of the marina, the peace and tranquillity, the lovely friendly staff, the underground parking, the very clean and modern interior, the location for visiting other places, all better than expected. The apartment was a very comfortable size (even with the sofa bed open) for a family of four with one small dog. We had everything we needed, very well equipped. We used the a/c in heat mode a little but after the first day we didn't really need it. Our 4-night trip was perfect in every way, we love the area, we would like to come back. I highly recommend a walk around Punta Falcone.

I would suggest a couple of shelves in the bathroom, but we just placed our things on top of the washing machine which was fine. The bathroom itself was a good size and there was nothing wrong with anything.

Upon arrival, we discovered that the sea view unit we reserved was up a flight of 14 stairs. I specifically chose this lodging because it said it had an elevator. Their's, however,. didn't go to our booked floor. We had to take a room without a view. to accommodate my knee injury. I chose the hotel because it had a washer/'dryer listed; and at halfway through our trip to Italy, we needed that amenity as we packed with only enough clothes to make it until we made it to. Appartamenti Marina di Salivoli. with that We had the maintenance man in 3 times to adjust the water/ cycles etc so we could do our clothes. The washer/dryer never worked and at the end of hours of trying on a single load, we had clothes so filled with wrinkles and so hot they burned our hands removing them from the endless cycle. When my husband showed the management our ruined clothes, they refused to refund our next day's reservation. We lost money and left with dirty clothes.

Not good value for the price we paid.

Very nice location above the marina. Terrace at the back and entrance porch at the front so you could catch or avoid the sun any time. Directly above a small sandy beach and a bigger pebble beach in 15 minutes walk

Cheap plastic outdoor furniture with stains. Dishwasher and washing machine didn't do their job properly. Very small drinking glasses of about 100-150 ml, no wine glasses (in Tuscany!).

Amazing location, good resturarants, parking fab .

The location was excellent and we have a wonderful greeting from the reception team who gave lots of fab information about the area . Great cooking / washing facility

The beds are a little uncomfortable, only one pillow. Wifi very poor . Outside furniture was dirty - and lounger was broken . Very basic facility.

Very comfortable, 20 minues walk from city center, very good for the money.

Quiet, close to the harbour, good view, very nice, long walking trail over the rocks and in the woods with beautiful seaview.

Overall we had a pleasant stay! The apartment was clean and equipped with all amenities. The staff working there is very friendly and answered every our question. Would definitely recommend the place.

The only thing that bothered us, was poor internet connection to almost none. On the other hand, you go there to relax, not spend time on the internet. 😊
