directly at the beach, rooms better than expected, very nice view from the parking lot, nice beach bar.

Clean rooms, clean and fresh bed every day.
For several years before COVID, we rested in this hotel. Now everything has changed for the worse. 1) I ordered a room with a terrace. I wrote about it in special wishes, the staff booking.com called me and clarified, promised that there would be a terrace, and I received a room with a balcony. 2) in the living conditions it is written that parking is 10 euros, they take 15 euros. 3) the beach has become paid for residents - 15 euros per person per day, but this was not indicated. 4) the balcony doors do not close, the furniture is falling apart, the hair dryer was made at the beginning of the last century - it burns your fingers.

The staff were nice and accommodating, the place was right on the water with nice views and private bathing area, it was walking distance to town and other restaurants

The location was very cool. It’s a great set-up for a Mediterranean Cliffside retreat. You park on the top floor and the elevator goes all the way down to the beach with a cute beach bar. The formal restaurant is on the 3rd floor for great sunset views. You can see Elba Island. There are balconies with beautiful partial views and a large patio on each floor for panoramic views.
They were transitioning the restaurant menu when we were there, so it was difficult to order since there was no menu. We managed to get a great meal, somehow, though. They did a made to order pasta of our choice and we were able to Google translate the type of fish they had in stock and picked the Sea Bass. The bar tender/manager was incredibly helpful in getting us settled on a choice, as he was able to speak some English.

it is right on the beach/coast with amazing views of Elba and the sea

Had a beach view which was very nice. Mostly workers were only other guest. Food was good and good value. Parking was excellent. Hotel seemed to be having a lot of work done so lots of boxes, furniture, and other items stacked.
Staff was very friendly and helpful but only one person working at a time.

View from the shared balcony across to Elba island is amazing.
Room is decorated in a very retro style, which is an interesting experience.
Bar at the private beach makes great Aperol Spritz.
Location is a little bit outside of the town but worth it for the private beach.
The communication with the hotel staff about reserving two sun loungers was very confusing and took forever, but we eventually got there in the end.
