Nice location, parking available on street for free and a couple directly outside the building. Nice apartment with good space and facilities.
Might be an issue with the Booking listing rather than hotel, but the listing said it has a sofa bed. The apartment didn't and so we had to pay extra fees for an additional bed. If we had known this going in it would be fine, but the extra charges weren't appreciated - a warning if you are looking for somewhere with the sofa bed.

We had a great time in Heidelberg and Suytes supported it - excellent location, staff was very helpful and friendly. The apartment is really spacious and it was clean; every day our towels were changed by the cleaning lady.
Maybe in the kitchen there should be little bit more equipment (cutlery and plates). Also, we expected that the bed in the living room could be extended for sleeping, but it is only for sitting.

I liked that the hotel is in short walking distance to the main train station. There was a good and cheap Thai restaurant a 5 minute walk away. There’s a small supermarket about a 10 minute walk away. When the hotel was attended by staff, they were kind and helpful.
I stayed 3 nights in 2 different rooms.
-No bath towels were left in my first suite. The floor was not swept.
-There were no kitchen utensils in my second suite. Nor did the AC work.
-The tv satellite connection did not work in either suite. When I reported the issue, they made a call and learned it would not be fixed for several days.
-There is usually no attendant in the hotel after 5PM.
