handy location; walking distance to Ikebukuro Station and shops; friendly staff; hotel has two lifts therefore there is no need to wait for a long time during the peak check-out hours.
the room has strong smoking smell, although we booked a no-smoking room.
having said that, the hotel has provided air purifier in the room.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. It's a few minutes from the train station which is a big plus. It's located in short walking distance from a lot of anime related stores.
No breakfast options. The room was kind of small for 3 people. The view was bad because we were looking right at the big sign of the hotel.

Definitely worth the value, great location, more spacious rooms than other places in Tokyo and the staff are friendly.
Our room wasn’t the cleanest especially the bathroom.
