Very good location, good space in the bedroom too - the spa was a bonus, free items like ice cream and ramen is also a very good perk to have at such a budget-friendly hotel. able to drop off bags early, easy check in/check out. staff are nice.

So much attention to detail, great hot spring, great food, the yogurt, ice pop, midnight noodles, laundry room, manga room, coffee station, lemonade… new bottles of water everyday, everything was perfect, so welcoming. Wonderful polite staff.

Good location and price, and they left us a nice snack in the fridge upon arrival. Check in and checkout were professional and easy. Most major amenities were provided.
The room was tiny with barely enough room for 2 suitcases and the bedsheets felt like plastic. They rustled every time we moved and felt bad against skin. The pillowcases were the same material and the pillows were very hard, so sleep wasn’t comfortable.
