This is a comfortable, clean and incredibly quiet apartment with a balcony in a quiet neighbourhood within easy walk/bus ride of the old town of Constance including the railway station. It is up several flights of stairs (not a problem for us though) and there is no lift. There was ample hot water for showers. The kitchenette was well equipped albeit we were only using it for breakfast and nibbles. We liked having a kettle as well as a coffee machine (but didn't use the coffee machine). The bed was comfortable (one side was against a wall but we repositioned it without difficulty to allow for getting out both sides of the bed). There was a large wardrobe with additional drawers for clothes storage and plenty of space for suitcases. There were nice touches like candles on the dining table which made for a nice ambience when we got in each evening.
We had expected to meet the host at the apartment but instead we walked the short distance from the train station to her home and then onto the apartment - my mobile was not fully working as yet and this made locating the two places more complex than it would otherwise have been. We had expected both a bedroom and a separate lounge/dining room but the bed is in the same space as the lounge/dining room (with a separate kitchenette and shower room). The fridge struggles to maintain temperature. There was no DVD player (as stated in details). We didn't need to use the washing machine but for information it isn't in the flat but a shared facility within the building. The eaves/sloping ceiling makes sitting on the sofa tight for head space. We would have appreciated a little more information about how to recycle, nearest supermarket, etc but found our way around okay.

Das Apartment im tollen Konstanzer Stadtteil Paradies ist super gelegen. Der Seerhein ist fußläufig erreichbar, hier lohnt sich der Sprung ins Wasser immer. Die Innen-/Altstadt ist auch einen Spaziergang entfernt. Per Bus kann man auch ohne Umstieg zum Konstanzer Strand Hörnle fahren.
Im Apartment war der Nordbalkon für uns Gold wert. Wir haben jeden Abend dort gesessen. Zudem ist der Tiefgaragenparkplatz auch toll, wenn man mit dem Auto anreist und sonst im Paradies lange nach einem Parkplatz suchen müsste.
Die Küche und die Schränke darin sind etwas klein dimensioniert; Kochen ist etwas mühsam. Ansonsten gibt's nichts zu beanstanden.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und recht geräumig.
Die Lage einmalig. Geschäfte, Restaurants und Altstadt fußläufig erreichbar. Bushaltestelle vor Haustür.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal, nur ein paar Meter zu Fuß zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln die man mit der Gästekarte kostenlos nutzen kann. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Garagenstellplatz, super, da das mit dem Parken in Konstanz äußerst schwierig oder sehr teuer ist.
Wer mag, Frühstück und Abends die Zeit auf dem Balkon in der Sonne sitzen.
Menschen die schwierig zu Fuß sind, 3. Etage, ohne Aufzug.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, obwohl mal e hr zentral ü rrall hin kommt.
Wir werden das Gezwitscher der Spatzen der vermissen.
Das Bett, die Matratzen sind super, man kann gut schlafen.
