The apartment is beautiful, in a wonderful, quiet yet central neighbourhood. Well equipped kitchen with good quality pots and cutlery. Reserved parking in front of the door.
The request for a five-star review after the stay. This is not acceptable, no matter how satisfied the guests might be.
I asked for a bill. Imagine my surprise that the bill asks for payment within two weeks after the stay while booking.com shows that the stay was prepaid a month before our arrival. This is sloppy management. The bill should show that it has already been paid.
There is a huge dead plant in the living room -- as has already been criticized by previous guests.
We couldn't find any garbage bags. No soap dishes at the sink and in the shower. No holder for the role of toilet paper.

Sehr gut und hochwertig eingerichtete Altbauwohnung, Zentrale Lage, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, Fahrradabstellplatz, Esstisch außen im Hof.

Sehr schöne, charmant eingerichtete Wohlfühlwohnung in Toplage, perfekt ausgestattet, in sehr ruhiger Seitenstraße aber trotzdem super zentral gelegen. Unweit vom See u. Einkaufszentrum sowie Bahnhof. Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür.
Wir konnten nichts Negatives finden.

Wir waren am Anfang sehr zufrieden, dann stellte sich für uns nach einer gewissen Zeit doch ein kleines Problem dar. Die Wohnung war düster, die Beleuchtung und im Badezimmer war die Konsole zu schmal für die Ablage von gewissen Utensilien. Wenn einer damit zurecht kommt, kann man diese Ferienwohnung empfehlen
