Location, cleanliness. coffee, snacks were readily available, and we were able to take care of our needs easily,
The keys had to be picked up from a different location. Given that guests normally arrive after long travel, tired, it would be important to put key boxes at the property so that guests do not need to walk to a different location for pickup.

We liked that the building was secure, it was clean and well lit. The apartment itself had all we needed and was very clean. Staff at the hotel for check in/out were very friendly and helpful.
The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable- it could do with a mattress topper.

It was clean and had a nice kitchen
The many passage ways and doors to get to the apartment, it was very hot with no fan, it was too far from public transport, the furniture was great
