Quiet, but in the middle of it all.

Nice & clean (met very helpful and cheery cleaner too). Plenty of towels. Fridge/freezer. Lovely view over courtyard outside. Really quiet Great location, especially for Kings Cross/StPancras, underground, buses.... transport generally

Could do with a couple of saucepans and more forks. Would suggest a microwave. Loo seat was loose (useable, but loose). Couldn't get wi-fi to function.

No curtains, No living room, Unreachable staff and broken appliances

Location and spacious

We had a really poor experience here. There were no curtains in the room, so it was bright by 4:30 AM and impossible to get a good night's sleep. On Day 1, the staff promised to install curtains the next day, but they completely ghosted me after that. Even Booking.com customer service couldn't reach them. On top of that, there was no living room, and the kitchen was practically useless. The fridge's freezer, and exhaust hood were all broken. Plus, they only provided spoons and knives, so I couldn't even cook with the frying pan. The total lack of maintenance and communication made this a very frustrating stay.

I letti comodissimi e la pulizia della casa al top

La cucina non ha nulla No macchina del caffè No piatti No stoviglie e pentole No bustine the Non c'è un tavolo e sedie per mangiare. La caparra mi è stata restituita dopo 40 giorni . Ho dovuto insistere personalmente e tramite booking per potere riaverla.
