About this condo rental
Our beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located on the Intracoastal Waterway in the Riverwalk Community. It is a corner unit and has a furnished private balcony overlooking the beautiful view of the Intracoastal. This complex is located on Arrowhead Golf Course, and within a 10 minute drive to the MYR International Airport, Market Commons, and all of Myrtle Beach's attractions. It is only 7 miles from the beautiful beaches. The Riverwalk Community offers a fitness center, heated indoor pool and outdoor pool. Riverwalk 304-706 is beautifully decorated and offers a bright and airy open concept living area. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating (4 recliners), and a large flat 50" screen television. The master bedroom offers a King size bed, 43" flat screen TV, balcony access, a walk in closet, and a private bathroom. The guestroom also offers a Queen Size bed and a 32" flat screen TV. The second restroom is accessible by the hallway and the guestroom. Also for your convenience, there is a well-equipped kitchen and washer and dryer inside the condo. Includes WIFI! Guests of Riverwalk receive two parking passes. This condo is non-smoking.

The property was clean! There were lots of towels and cleaning supplies! The water view was amazing! It was a great place to relax!

This location was perfect for the baseball tournament we were in town for and the listing matched exactly what we saw when we arrived.

Our stay was excellent and met all of our expectations and then some. Location was perfect with lots of things to do and a nice quiet balcony to come back to at the end of the day. The property owner was attentive and extremely helpful. We can't wait to go back.

My wife, our teenage son, and myself enjoyed our stay here 18-25 June 2021. This was a nice getaway each day as our primary reason for being in the area was a baseball camp at Coastal Carolina University. Being on the intra-coastal waterway was a purposeful change for us as we are used to being oceanfront. The waterway provides a unique experience to see the different styles of boats come through. The condo was comfortable and well-equipped for the three of us (and would be good for up to four). The owner is very responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable; she took care of us when the cleaning was a little lacking upon our arrival. I recommend this condo for a similar style visit, where you have plans each day but desire a nice setting to begin and end each day.

Visiting Coastal Carolina University
My wife, our teenage son, and myself enjoyed our stay here 18-25 June 2021. Perfect

Nice condo, loved the view. Condo needs additional utensils such as a knife set for carving and slicing. I had a loaf of very hard crusted bread and had to use a non-serrated knife...did not fair well. Also a large mixing bowl would of been useful.
