It was really good - sometimes the food and service can be a little questionable in an all-inclusive- that was not the case at Moon Palace - food was great - beach and the bay was attractive - the pools were well maintained. We had a junior suite looking out on the water with a balcony and it was comfortable.
Nothing really stands out as a negative - we were invited to do some tour to get discounts on things like the spa - it was a little bit of an oversell - we didn’t quite understand that it involved a tour of the property that took over an hour but once we understood that it was some sales pitch we declined and got back to enjoying our stay. So all good

The staff were great
The room was on the smaller side plus there wasn't any balcony

Well once I went to pear 8 that is the only place I we to eat as the food and staff was exceptional good
The AC in the room never worked the drain in the shower took very long time to let out the beds and the room was too small
