Близько до моря. Пляж у пішій доступності. Є кондиціонер, постільна білизна і рушники. Є вентилятор. Є сушилка для одягу (металічна).
Звукоізоляція просто відсутня. Якщо ви чутлива людина - буде важко відпочити. Вночі життя навколо вирує, чути все, ніби це відбувається прямо біля тебе. Над вхідними дверима - вікно в загальний коридор, де постійно світло світить. У одній з кімнат теж віконце без штор/ролетів, де постійно щось світить. Вітальня-їдальня і кухня не мають між собою дверей. Тому якщо щось робиш на кухні - світло йде у вітальню (де вимушено спали діти, див пункт нижче). У перший день перебування тріснула ламель на другому поверсі двоповерхового ліжка. Наступного дня прийшла людина подивитися, сказала, що передадуть інформацію майстру. До кінця перебування більше ніхто не прийшов. Дитина спала деінде. Стіни на кухні в бризках і плямах. Чайник і тостер не викликають бажання ними скористатися. Холодильник повний снігу. В туалеті немає смітника. Для прання (вручну) не вистачає якогось тазика, бо умивальник не має пробки.
