The room layout was really good - with a nice shower and quite a lot of space which I was surprised with in the room. Kept my bag after I checked out so I could enjoy the city!
Took awhile for them to find my Booking.com but that's not on them!

I liked that it was clean and the staff was nice
Marseille is a pretty rough town in the part that is not central, and unfortunately we didn t feel very safe in the area. Moreover, a lady s car was stolen nearby when we arrived at the hotel. Another aspect that ibis budget users know(that i didn t know) is that the bathroom is not a separate room in the sense you would expect, the sink is in the room you sleep and there is a literal water closet in the room, separated by a door (only has the toilet in it and is very small)
