My family stayed here last month, and the entire experience easily matched the international standards of a Marriott hotel. The room was immaculate, incredibly comfortable, and provided plenty of space for all of us to relax after a long day. What truly set this stay apart was the dining. Both breakfast and dinner featured an impressive, dedicated selection of high-quality "super food" options. It was refreshing to have such healthy, delicious, nutrient-dense meals available for the whole family without leaving the property. Exceptional service and a world-class stay!

Little more prompt room service quality. The electrical systems are complicated. Provide briefing at the time of check in

Proximity for shopping
Cleanliness . From concierges no help in loading stuffs or opening car doors or giving eye contacts for help !! Reception for any help phone is not picked up taking long delay. Asked for a luggage weighing scale it took long time to deliver & the room boy was not friendly enough to wait or to comeback to collect and he was hurrying the process . Lights were working overall cleanliness of the room felt not great . As this is our fourth time staying in kochi Marriot this is the first time we felt something like this
