Unfortunately, the overall experience was below our expectations. The property was not properly prepared to receive us upon arrival, which made our stay uncomfortable from the very beginning.
The property was not ready when we arrived, and some basic facilities were not functioning properly, including the exhaust fan. These issues affected our comfort and the overall quality of our stay. We expected the property to be properly maintained, cleaned, and fully functional before our check-in. The experience was disappointing and did not meet our expectations.
