Great location , just a short walk to the beach, on the street with lots of restaurants and shops. Clean villa, we ve got two rooms for our family of five. Double deluxe on ground floor and family room on 1st floor. Family room was enormous with big shower room and two big beds. Stuff was very pleasant and eager to help. We also enjoyed swimming pool in the afternoons, when we usually had it all for ourselves.

It's a decent, simple hotel located behind a big gate in Unawatuna, surrounded by nature. The host is nice and friendly. Unawatuna Beach is close by. We liked the bathroom, which was naturally decorated with stones and plants.
In our opinion, it's rather expensive compared to the other options in Unawatuna.
