Wir waren mehrfach im Gloria Grand und waren immer sehr zufrieden. Ein sehr guter Kommentar von mir ist hier noch zu finden. Lange Zeit konnte man nicht buchen, weil es für russische Gäste reserviert war. Um so mehr hatten wir uns nun gefreut.
ABER, was ist mit dem Hotel passiert??? Null Service. Kein Frühstück. Ein gelangweilter junger Mann hat uns das Zimmer gezeigt. Es war sauber und komfortabel. ABER, wir hatten explizit nach einem Zimmer zur Rückseite gefragt. Man informierte uns, dass es notiert sei. Auf unsere Anfrage, warum wir zur Hauptstraße wohnen sollten, sagte man uns, das Hotel sei ausgebucht. Eine glatte Lüge. Nur ein!! weiteres Zimmer war belegt. Warum hat man uns angelogen? Der Balkon in diesem Zimmer war tagsüber nicht nutzbar, da die Sonne direkt drauf schien. Schade.
Wir waren sehr enttäuscht und würden aufgrund des nicht vorhandenen Service dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

Good location, the hotel was empty and quiet. We had a room on the 3rd floor with a balcony and a street view. There’s a tap outside to wash off sand, which is nice. Having a kettle and a fridge was a plus. There are restaurants and cafes nearby, and the beach is just a 5-minute walk away.
On the second morning, the hot water was turned off. The balcony table was very old, the jacuzzi didn’t work, and the elevator was out of order (and looks like it’s been that way for a while). On the third day, the air conditioner stopped cooling. The pillows had mold, and it was unpleasant to sleep on them. The hairdryer should be replaced.
The hotel really needs some renovation and new furniture.
