The best thing about Rinchen Hotel was the friendly Tibetan girl on reception.
She was the only one who ever smiled at me or said Good Morning.
I was so impressed with her attitude that I gave her my bicycle when I left.

The hot shower was strong. Location is convenient and feels safe.
The staff didn't remind me that there is breakfast, I missed that for these two days.
The room facilities was ok. But it was not clean at all (toilet, closet...). The bedsheet doesn't look clean. I am not sure if it's new.
The window net is broken, and it was noisy at night cause there were parties/shows nearby the building.

性价比在佛塔附近算高的，有空调，有独立卫生间，还算安静，步行到佛塔也就五分钟。可选择的周围餐厅咖啡厅也很多！老板懂汉语，能中文沟通！
每天没有定时提供矿泉水，卫生纸，不过这边的宾馆都是这标准，也算是情理之中！其他一切都很好！

I was on the 4th floor and had a good view. The rooms were clean and it was a very good price.
On Booking.com it says 24 hour desk but often there is nobody behind the desk.
