Best reception of any place we stayed in Italy. Highly professional staff. The pool and wellness was amazing. The rooms and dining area are incredible. Lovely treats in the room with bags, flip flops, biscuits and a pen knife as welcome gifts. Spectacular surroundings. Incredibly well maintained property. Definitely worth a visit.

Everything ia perfect and unique. I wouldn't expect different from a Relais & Chateau hotel. There is a museum inside the castle, and staff is extraordinary. It really makes you feel that you are back in centuries, with top quality service and gastronomy. Right choice for my wedding aniversary.

No coffee machine in room
No Hamam towels in Spa, no soap/shamphoo in Spa showers
staff at breakfast not attentiv. Breakfast buffet very basic

the views from the property. The gardens at the property were quite nice.
The bed had such cheap mattress, my back hurt the next day. I work out and am very active - not possible to blame it on my poor health, so it was indeed a very poor mattress.
