Amazing accommodation! We received a complimentary upgrade from a room to an apartment, which was a lovely surprise. The apartment looked even better in person than in the photos. The bedroom was spacious, with plenty of storage, and the large, cosy terrace was perfect for relaxing in the morning or afternoon. The kitchen was compact but had everything we needed. Daily cleaning and fresh towels were a fantastic touch, and we were also offered a beach umbrella to use free of charge. Natali and the entire team were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, this was one of the best accommodation experiences we’ve had. We would definitely book again when we return to Morro Jable!

Negative:
- Toilet ring had signs of use with urine stains and hair, we solved this by getting wet cleaning tissues from the store and cleaned the toilet as well as other areas we will often touch.
- The sofa was discoloured as if it has never been cleaned, it could have use of deep cleaning.
- The door to the neighbour is very close and they often slammed the door at night and early mornings waking us up. It is so closeby that it sounded like our own apartment door was slammed.

The small terrace was great. The best was the attention of the host.
The bathroom definitely needs a refurbishment. The shower did not close, the water output was minimal and the shower faucet was hanging from the wall. The water heater was tiny, but manageable due to season. The worse was that it was falling into pieces and “fixed” with tape, which was already very lose.
The apartment itself is cute but quite small. Wouldn’t recommend for more than a couple.
Additionally, we got our rental car vandalized in the last night of our stay right in front of the apartment.
