La struttura è letteralmente a 4 passi da piazza taksim, il personale è semplicemente super gentile e disponibile (noi abbiamo fatto check out al mattino e lasciato le valigie fino alla sera alle 21 senza problemi, inoltre al nostro arrivo abbiamo ancora sistemato gli ultimi acquisti del bazar in valigia e utilizzato il bagno… eccezionali) solo lasciare i bagagli fuori costava 20 euro. La colazione è abbondante e varia. Stanza spaziosa per 4 persone e anche il bagno aveva misure adeguate. Ascensore per portare le valigie
unico neo esiste un piccolo angolo cucina ma manca punto cottura e attrezzatura per cucinare compresi piatti e bicchieri. Avendo lo spazio aggiungere un piccolo piano cottura e qualche utensile base da cucina, ma essendo stati solo una notte non è stato un problema

Otel çalışanları çok kibar ve yardımseverdi, özellikle bayram bey çok yardımcı oldu, arkadaşımın dişçi konusundaki sorununu hemen çözdü ve yönlendirdi bizi. Ayrıca Kahvaltının da fiyata dahil olması gayet güzeldi.

Расположение отеля отличное, несмотря на близость к площади Таксим, отель находится в тихом месте, ночью хорошо отдыхаешь. Кондиционер не включали, потому что была комфортная температура. Мы были с маленьким ребенком, коляска везде проходила без проблем. В номере есть все необходимое, люди в отеле говорят на русском тоже. Был организован трансфер, для нас это было очень конформно. Благодарю за всё!!!

L’emplacement bien petit déjeuner moyen
Je n’ai pas apprécié la chaudière dans la chambre beaucoup de bruit on ne peut pas dormir et les matelas de la chambre ainsi que le canapé lit sont inconfortable
