La piscine, le confort du lit, le balcon, les équipements de la chambre.
Dommage, pas de sachets de café ou de thé dans la chambre en arrivant. Et dommage que les horaires de la piscine ne soient pas plus amplifiés.

The hotel is fairly close to the city center, about 5 minutes walking away. Our apartment was pretty spacious.
I don't even know where to start. Let's start with the fact that they only give you one roll of toilet paper and if you go to the reception to ask for more, they tell you to go to the supermarket to buy yourself. Good to know - the closest supermarket is 20 minutes away (walking). It's outrageous for a hotel at this prices to not give you toilet paper. Also, you'll find the sheets folded on the bed and you'll have to make your own bed. It's the first time after visiting more than 50 countries when I go to a hotel and I have to put the sheets myself on the bed! Also, the check in process is a disgrace. There are only a few hours when you can check in (outside those hourse there is nobody at the reception) and the line was huge. We had to wait almost an hour the check in after a long flight. The rooms are not in good shape, there needs to be renovations done. The furniture is old and dated. I really don't recommend this place! I wish I chose another hotel!

La convivialité, l’écoute et le service du personnel qui est incroyable. Des gens magnifique et très aimable.
Quand on est rentré dans le logement. Il y avait une mauvaise odeur… mais également le sol n’était pas propre… le lave vaisselle n’était pas fonctionnel mais également le congélateur très difficile à fermer et ouvrir…

Emplacement bien proche de la vieille ville sans soucis à pieds
Appartement bien manque une peite table pour le coin salon et lit simple étroit pour des ados !
Canapé-lit pourrait être un peu plus confortable devient une peu usé !!

Lo mejor fue la ubicación y en general la relacion calidad precio también muy buena.
Al llegar te intentan cobrar 200 euros de depósito que estan detallados en la letra chica a la hora de reservar. Si no lees los detalles antes de generar la reserva, te podes llevar una mala sorpresa, seria bueno que sea mas explicito y visible ese detalle...

Moldy areas, primarily near bathroom.
Bed a little too soft for my preference.
Some spiderwebs in room, requiring vacuuming.
Towels were not changed (more relevant for longer stay guests).

Ligging was ideaal, op een paar minuten wandelen van La Petite Venice en de middeleeuwse stad, maar toch zeer rustig gelegen. Ondergrondse parking was ook tof. Toffe dorpje in de buurt.
De zetel was een divan bed, en als zetel viel dit tegen.

O estúdio era amplo e estava limpo.
Tem máquina de lavar louça o que facilita muito para deixar a louça lavada no final.
Nunca me tinha acontecido ter de ser eu a fazer a própria cama num hotel/ aparthotel: os lençóis dobrados estavam em cima da cama no check-in.
O serviço wi-fi não funciona muito bem e tive que usar 5G frequentemente.

A felszerelt konyhában eddig mindenhol volt só, kevés cukor, esetleg teafilter, itt semmi.
Amikor kértünk még egy tekercs WC papírt, a recepciós adott, de megjegyezte, hogy a boltban is lehet kapni. Ez nagyon udvariatlan beszólás volt!

RULES: Hotel offers you ONLY ONE TOILET PAPER per room 🧻
TASK: If you (like us) don't carry a pack of toilet paper with you, you have to:
-search for the nearest supermarket (20 minutes away) 📍
-walk to it 🚶🚶🚶
-buy a 6 pack toilet paper 🧻🧻🧻🧻🧻🧻
-walk like a hero with a six packer toilet rolls back to the hotel 🦸

For the first time in my life I put an apron on and cooked me and my family's scrambled eggs 🌟🌟

Before checking out we were really expecting:
🪛 To receive a screwdriver and mount them a kitchen
🚽 Clean a toilet bowl
🧹 Sweep the floor
BUT NO! Nobody cared if our stay was good or bad! As long as everything was paid no more questions were asked!
We left the accommodation relieved that we just had to pay for our stay and were free to leave without solving any extra tasks, riddles or proving some extra skills!

Excellently located holiday apartments, about a 10 minute walk to Colmar centre. Comfortable accommodation with a separate kitchen area. Pleasant, helpful staff.
There is a kitchenette area which is well equipped but struggled to work the complicated microwave/oven.

Great location with secure parking. Easy walk 8nto the centre of Colmar. Quiet and private rooms.
The only downside is the fact that the bed is not made and if you arrive tired, is an extra thing to do. The rooms are well stocked with kitchen equipment for breakfast, or an evening on the terrace.
Apart from that, the staff were friendly and you will not be disturbed.

The only positive in this accommodation is the location as really in the center and has parking option for extra money.
Unfortunately we had negative experience. We've just picked up the key before the reception closed (7 pm), and only realized after that there are ants in the kitchen and some in the bathroom. The kitchen option was one of the most important why we chosen this place. As no one was at the reception we had no chance to ask for a new room, so we "slept" with the ants.
