Nice room, comfortable beds and very powerful shower. Car parked outside room which was ground floor. Staff were lovely.
The shower cubicle was tiny and difficult to get in and out of and it leaked.

We were arriving after reception closed and the staff took an extra effort to ensure that we would be able to get into the room. I had called earlier in the evening, but they called again at 22:00 to confirm the key was next door at reception. The room was clean and the shower was hot, with good pressure. The breakfast was also nice.
The staff was quick to give us a credit for the breakfast because our room did not have an extra bed, as previously confirmed.
The room was very small. I wasn't expecting much for the price, but I did expect it to be larger and nicer than the Campanile that we normally stay in. There was supposed to be a double bed in the room and also a single for our 9-year-old son. Due to an error, the single bed was not there. You could see the torn wallpaper where the bed had been moved. Since the reception was closed and we were tired, we all squished into the double bed.
