Ok für eine Nacht...aber nicht nochmal

Betten waren bequem, es gab einen Pool und Fitnessraum, nicht weit zum Zentrum, leider hab ich in der Sparte was hat Ihnen nicht gefallen mehr angeben...ich war schon in vielen Unterkünften...leider Betreff Preis Leistung die zweitschlechteste...als Entschuldigung vielleicht Personalnot im Gastgewerbe nicht...vielleicht wäre es sinnvoll die Preise etwas anzupassen an die Leistung

Preis-/Leistung nicht angemessen. Betitelung als Juniorsuite hat für uns so nicht gepasst...Schlafzimmer kein TV wie auf den Bildern beschrieben, haben TV vom Wohnraum dann umgestellt...sollte aber bei 145 Euro die Nacht nicht so sein.Fitnessraum auf 24 Grad eingeheizt, keine Möglichkeit zum regulieren, TV im Raum vorhanden jedoch keine Möglichkeit umzuschalten.Pool eigentlich schön..sogar mit Gegenstromanlage...leider selbst bis in die Abendstunden nicht zum Bahnen schwimmen nutzbar, da Regeln der Gemeinsamen Nutzung und Rücksicht auf andere Badegäste von anderen Badegästen nicht eingehalten wurden...Frühstück für den Preis wirklich sehr dürftig...Tomate oder Gurke...auch Obstauswahl nicht vorhanden...zu wenig Auswahl für 16 Euro pro Person. Kühlschrank sehr laut in der Nacht.Schlafzimmer keine Möglichkeit zum Lüften.Angepriesenen Pflegeartikel beschränkten sich auf Dusch-/Shampoo.Parkplatz 13 Euro extra pro Tag..kein Bademantel....Fazit...Erfahrung für eine Nacht ok...aber nicht mehr und nicht wieder...Bewertung am Eingang von 2018 bei Booking com bei 8,4...jetzt berechtigter Weise um einiges niedriger.

Temiz ve güzel konum.

Biz bir gece kalıp Colmar ve köyleri gezdik. Resepsiyon görevlisi güler yüzlü ve tatlı bir arkadaş. Otel merkeze yürüyerek 3-4 dk. En önemli avantajı merkeze yakın oluşu sanırım. Havuzu kullanmadık. Odalar, çarşaflar, havlu ve banyo temizdi. Temizliği ve yakınlığı ile rahatlıkla kalabilirsiniz.

Biz 4 kişilik aile olarak kaldık. 2-3 kişi için ideal. 4.yatak olunca oda biraz daralmış oluyor. Dolap içine saklanmış mutfak çok güzel ama teflon tava çok eski. Kanser yapıcı nitelikte. Otelin otoparkı gecelik 10 Euro. Otelin bulunduğu sokakta beyaz alanda yer bulursanız ücretsiz.

it reminds me of a hostel. it is clean and safe, there is an on-site parking with a barrier, breakfast is basic, rooms are good size, like a studio with kitchen. the city center walkable area is 10-12 minutes away…

The room was spacious; the building had perfect sound isolation; the location was close to the city centre.

The card key for the door didn't work, and we were given a metal key. The double bed consisted of two pieces that were not fixed to each other, so sleeping under the same blanket was quite uncomfortable as I was constantly falling into the increasing gap between the beds. Finally, the coffee from the machine at breakfast was terrible and undrinkable.

No collaboration from the staff. 1.Booked weeks before of my arrival they informe only the day before (so the free cancellation was not possible) that they don't have parking spot for me. 2. Hairdryer broke during last evening there. My son (18 months old was with wet hair) I asked personally to front desk guys (that did not understand a single word of English language, embarrassing) e new one. First he said ' I come in 10 minutes' (shame) Second he arrived with no hairdryer...entering in the bathroom...he check the SHOWER!. the he understood about the hairdryer and he just said 'desolé". I hope that everyone reading this review will choose another accomodation in colmar (that is full of ) Finally I suggest booking.com to remove this accomodation by his catalogue.

Hotel and stay ok, getting an invoice a nightmare

Close to the historic city center. Parking space behind gate.

We stay 2 or 3 times a year in the hotel on our way back from Italy. Since the invoices (travelling for work) are no longer handed over at the reception desk at check-in or out, we have problems obtaining the invoice, or the correct invoice. Last time we received by mail a couple of days after our stay an invoice with ONLY the amount for the parking fee. Now we still have not received any mail with the invoce of our stay last saturday 11/03/2023. The invoice was announced to be send by mail within 24h after check-out... Frustrating to have to call, send e-mails, and reminder e-mails to try to obtain an invoice needed for our accountancy. Can be a reason to look for another hotel for our next stay...

it’s okay!

the apartment that we had was big and clean - had a small kitchen (not absolutely necessary for us, but nice to have). The pool is also a plus (not big but enough to make the kids happy). Parking is not free. The employees were nice! … PS: is very close to city attractions

the breakfast is not ok - I don’t expect to get caviar but at least boiled and scrambled eggs and two different types of cheese and salami should be included if you decide to offer “buffet”

Good stay (not more) in a very nicely located place

The family suite has a good size and is overall convenient with a nice living room. The proximity to historical Center of Colmar is great. The staff was friendly and professional. The swimming pool opening time until 10pm.

The common parts would use a good refurbishing. The swimming pool is actually much smaller than it looks like on the picture. More like a giant bathtub. The air circulation in the family suite was not great and also the lights there are not bright enough. The breakfast is ok but with room for improvement on the choice and selection of products. overall 260 € a night with parking: we found it a bit pricy for the overall offering.

we booked 4 adults, an apartment for 1 night: we arrived for visiting during the weekend Christmas Market: we paid ( with parking included) 350 euro, a very high price for the conditions offered: very cold during the night, my husband and my brother got sick…. although I called 2 times the reception nothing could be done with the heating …. the installation actually was given cold air… and continue like this…we are in December! I can not believe that a hotel rated 4* in France is like this…. parking supposed to be 12 euro and turned into 17 euro just because we are 4 adults… same car, one car, what changed ?!? I did not want to get also breakfast because for 16 euro / person looked very poor when I looked next morning in the breakfast restaurant. Colmar as city was disappointing especially for the hospitality is offering…. perhaps it selling Xmas markets dream …. and that is all! I will never stay in this hotel again…

location is great literally over the road is an Aachen supermarket which is really cheap. I liked the kitchen area great touch. Could cook if needed. Rooms are big and beds very comfy plenty of space for clothes and suitcases. Pool is a nice addition we enjoyed this of an evening great that its open til 10. Breakfast very nice and good price, there if needed but is extra! not included as i thought. Balcony was nice, car park of needed and staff really friendly. I liked how we could store our luggage free on the last day as had later flight which was good. Couldbcome and go with own pass any time, no charge for late check in or out. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable locally. Location brilliant for town centre, bars, easy buses into town 4 minutes away. Really nice hotel.

Pool area needs bit tlc but is a really good addition and we enjoyed it of an evening included in price too.
