The hotel is conveniently located not far from the railway station and close to several bus stops, which makes it a good base for exploring Alsace by public transport. The historic centre is also only about a 10-minute walk away, so the location is very good overall. The room was clean and serviced every day.
We paid extra for breakfast, which was decent and good value for the price. Overall, despite a few drawbacks, the hotel offers fair value for money, particularly because of its convenient location.
The rooms are quite small. We stayed in a double room and found the bed rather narrow, with one side pushed directly against the wall, which made it somewhat uncomfortable for two people. We also asked for an extra pillow, but never received one.
The hotel is immediately next to the railway tracks. Although the windows are double-glazed, some train noise can still be heard.
