The guesthouse manager was very friendly and kind. She even suggested places to eat and things to do during our stay. The apartment was spacious and clean. There was air conditioning, but since the apartment was on the ground floor (at the same level as the parking lot), we didn’t need to turn it on, even though we visited in August. The parking spot was perfect, and there was also a fridge.
The towels were a little worn out, and some of the apartment’s finishes were slightly unfinished. The bathtub could also have been a little cleaner, as it showed some yellowing. Wifi on the ground floor wasn't working properly.

Double bed in the kitchen area and two single beds in the bedroom. Close to Ioannina but nice to be away from the city. Parking right behind the property. Excellent host, phoned on arrival with clear instructions for check in and out.
Very basic but fine for a short stay

The clean place
The room was cold (the airco wasn't strong enough to hit it), wifi stopped work, there was no towel to dry the floor it the bath.
