Great spa tub and location!

The huge spa tub in the room with water from hot springs! Also great location - close to bus station and the pier to take boat tours on the lake. Large room with a lot of space as well! Great hotel!

Breakfast was a little more expensive than we expected. Walked outside to have local breakfast - a lot cheaper and very good food.

Hotspring in the hotel, very relax. My families left swimming suit when they check out. Hotel staff inform us and arrange delivering, very efficient.

My friend recommend me to stay this hotel when I start to plan family trip. But I was disappointed when I entered the room. There are two buildings of this hotel and I was arranged in next building. Room is not spacious and bright like photos, and looks aged. When I share this experience with my friend, she is surprised cause she stayed in the main building and the room is bright and spacious.

Superb

This hotel has Japanese language staff and he helped us a lot. The building is old but inside is renovated. The room was spacious and has nice bathroom. When we checked out, they keep our luggage and took us the bus stop when we returned. The driver was also kind and courteous.

You can’t see the view of the Lake from the hotel and there’s few restaurants and shops around it. There’s just one restaurant for buffet in the hotel.It’s difficult to find nice restaurants near here. They call it hot spring (onsen) but actually it’s not real hot spring.

Frankly this location is a very nice spot for holiday; no matter personal or families.

The location, scenes around the hotel, clean room, attitude of service people, amenities is marvelous for a traveler. There will be a cozy stay. As well the outdoor swimming pool is the nice place to relax yourself.

If possible it seems better to improve the contents of breakfast; especially more options of vegetable.

Room, dinner, staff & locations are impressive to me.

For breakfast there are too few options of vegetable available.

Relaxing stay at Sunmoon lake, a little off the water but a good value and comfortable rooms.

There is a large buffet breakfast with mostly Asian options but some western comforts too. Our room had two large beds and a large in room pool/spa/tub. On site parking is nice and the location is close to town.

Overall nothing to put here.

parking lot is really limited. you need to walk for a distance to park the car. walk to and from the parking lot to hotel is not safe

A comfortable hotel in a beautiful location

The hot-spring hot tub was great and lovely to watch the steam rise from the water in the cool evening

While the staff tried to accommodate the vegetarian in our group, the range of vegetarian food available was disappointing

This trip is a comfort and safe stay.

There were more options of food available of dinner, compared to one year ago. The location of hotel is appropriate.

If there are more options of vegetable available for dinner and breakfast it will be much better.

Nice location, close to the lake and walking distance from commerce. breakfast was quite good and well served. rooms price & amenities not really clear and staff was not very helpful.

staff not helpful at the reception at least. overpriced during Covid

It was a very relaxing with some hiccups.

The breakfast was good. Stone spa and massage were good.

Room was clean, but there were a lot of stains on the bathrobes. I booked a room for three people, however, they only gave us things for two people. So we always had to call room service for an extra towel, an extra roll, or something extra.

Good

The location is just down the road from the main bus station - a 5 minute walk. The hot spring was lovely and fresh; very clean too.

The staff need to know some English; also there was only ham and cheese paninis on offer at the bakery; there needs to be a wider choice; the bakeries in town were much cheaper and had a much wider choice - just not convenient.
