整體來說很讚，不要錯過湖景房，整天看了心情都會很好

湖景房風景非常好，原本覺得價格有點高，看到湖景後覺得值回票價，還有早餐很好吃~

地點離熱鬧的兩個碼頭都有點距離，因為入住當天是跨年，車潮較多所以無法開車去覓食，用走的要半小時如果是平常假日入住就沒有這個問題~

Beautiful, but not very practical.

Great view from picture windows. On main road and on the waterfront.

About 1.7km from a town. Staff had minimal English. Have to book for breakfast and dinner with few alternatives. Design of rooms is very sensitive with lights etc, but absence of common sense. No wardrobe. No coat hangers. No chair. No desk. Light so soft you cannot read in bed. You can sit cross-legged on special underfloor lit area to look out the window, but the only seat to look out is the side of the bed or the toilet. If you are older, toilet has the only light that you can actually read by!

Stunning views

The view from the room is exceptional. The beds are comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. It seems like they are still busy with some renovations, but it didn't bother us.

Passable

This hotel caters to locals only, so as a foreigner communications was somewhat harder. The area is quite touristy, a popular destination for the Taiwanese, but the hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk away from the town center on the North shore of Sun Moon Lake. It was a long weekend and many places were booked. The room on the 7th floor had a half view of the lake, which was very nice.

No complaints, really. It did the job for a night.

Exceptional

The staff spoke English which is great being in a smaller town. They were extremely helpful and kind with assisting with questions and giving information on things to do during our visit. Breakfast and option to pay for dinner they provided for breakfast was great and fairly priced. The facilities was very clean and modern as well.

They said no parking but it was available. Just not that many spaces. Some mosquitos in the environment, bring repellent

Friendly staffs but not worth the price of stay

The only hotel with available rooms during peak season. Staffs are friendly as well. Ok for 1 night stays.

For the price per stay the rooms are really old and in dire need of refurbishing. The location is not very ideal as it is a 30 mins walk away from Shuishe and the round-the-lake bus that reaches the hotel only comes almost once every hour.

Pleasant

The size of the room was really good. Packing was free for us, even it was stated differently in the describtion. For breakfast a wide variety of Asian food was offered. Also toast, butter and jam.

Seems like they suffered a bit during the Corona times. Halls in the hallways etc could be repainted etc. There nothing around the hotel. You need a car or scooter to go out for dinner or a beer in the evening.

It’s not worth the price we paid.

The view and hot tub were nice.

The hairdryer is difficult to use. We brought our own hairdryer but it’s not usable with their outlet. There were only 3 outlets for charging our phones, and they were all far away from the beds. The draining is so inefficient that the bathroom is full of water after showering. WiFi wasn’t working until we told them. And it’s slow.

So bad

The staff not polite,they had parking lot but they told me park outside and I paid 7,500NT for one night,I can not believe that.When you eat breakfast no body didn't clean your table.Lobby so ugly and not clean.I never go back again and do not recommend to others.

Pleasant and comfortable with a stunning view over the lake.

Excellent view, comfortable room and balcony, breakfast not bad even though COVID affected, staff friendly.

Exceptional

Gorgeous view, very clear room and what is the most important very kind and helpful personal. I don’t know maybe that man on reception was an owner. He was so polite, always smiling and take care of the guest. He prepared for me a bicycle and always renew water in the room. Thank you so much! My weekend was awesome! Wish you many as many guests as possible, well-being and good luck 🙌🏼💛

Superb

The breakfast was very good and well satisfied for both meet-lover and vegetarian. The venue for breakfast had a terrace with nice view to the lake. Our room had jacuzzi with beautiful mountain view. Car parking was provided. Shopping streets are 20 min by walk or 5 min by car. There is also bus stop nearby.

Big tub next to the window on a (mostly dry) side-branch of the lake.

Dirty, feeling abandoned, breakfastarea closed, very limited of the so-called « lake view ». We felt like pitying the nice people working there, who felt very lonely.

Awful management makes this a waste, and no price is worth sniffing sewer fumes all night.

Great view (wasted by poor management)

- slippers and towels missing in our original room; had to call (room 806, "Superior Double Room") - misleading signs on some spa tubs (e.g. 806) saying they don't work. As we booked this type of room for the use of the tub and view, we asked to change rooms out of fear of it being completely non-functional or damaging it, moving to the equivalent one floor up. Later management called and said it did work, saying they left the stickers on because they weren't sure if they fixed all the tubs, and "sometimes guests try anyway and get lucky"(!). - *smelled like a sewer* in room 906. At first we thought it was musty from disuse, but found it coming from the washroom Oddly enough, our original room didn't smell like this... - very visible cosmetic damage in both washrooms, and some minor functional ones (e.g. central shower mount didn't clamp to the post so could not adjust height in 906; fortunately there's a fixed mount on the wall, too). Can be overlooked given COVID, but... -*management is horrible* and don't really care about your experience or the hotel, and will guilt you if you raise issues since you are apparently troubling them. (i.e. blamed us for not answering a room call from them, even though it never rang; after complaining of the sewer stench, they grudgingly made a perfunctory offer to move us back to 806, but made it very clear we were "costing" them a room, so we thought just airing out the room would be enough and stayed put, being very tired. Turned out we could not get the smell to go away, and barely slept with the windows open to the very cold outside to fight the smell inside.) - parking situation: 1st floor is trickiest/most dangerous given the curve; best to park below ground, or outside up the hill if there's space. Wished they informed us before arrival.
