Very clean, comfortable and in an excellent location! The best part by far was the staff. Isabella helped me print important documents and find a convenient bus from Santander to Santillana del Mar. I was blow away by the hospitality and warmth!

The property is very close to the train and bus terminals. It is in easy walking distance to the harbor.
I didn’t realize when booking the room that it had shared bathrooms. Other hostels we stayed at had rooms with private bathrooms. Although I will add that they were clean and readily available.

Very friendly and helpful receptionist (thank you) and location is close to the bus station.
Very expensive for a simple box room with a bed and a dark window into a courtyard. No kitchen facilities and shared bathroom. Like a very basic hostel but hotel prices.
