Very nice reception upon arrival! Host was very accommodating and friendly. The onsen bath was amazing after climbing Mt Fuji. Traditional Japanese rooms were comfortable. Good drinking water, refrigerator, and microwave are provided in common areas. We stayed on the second floor and had a nice garden view.

朝、窓から見える富士山、最高でした！
女将さんも親切で食べるところや観光について色々教えてくれました。宿泊中、気軽に出入りできるのも良かったです。
良くなかったってほどでは無いですが。
お風呂のお湯の温度が少しぬるかったです。人それぞれ好みがあるので何ともですが…

The staff was very friendly and attentive throughout our stay.
Location is near from everything you’ll need during your stay.
This is a must if you’re planning to go, or if you’re returning from Mt. Fuji.
Everything was very clean. Flawless rooms and toilets. The Onsen bath is a very must. They seem to care about the visitors experience. They speak english.
I would give 10/10 to this stay without hesitate.
