Having stayed at the Self Catering Chalet, we found the home well equipped, spacious and clean. Bonus was a free bag of firewood daily for the fireplace as the evenings do get cold.
Hard to fault them based off a 2 night stay, however if one stayed for longer you may start finding certain inconveniences.

The restaurant staff and reception were lovely and helpful and the food was good. The bookings lady not so much. I sent many emails before our stay Amd she said she didn't received them however everyone else received my mails?
The chalet is basic and could do with an update. No chair cushions on the dining table chairs in winter was unpleasant. Bigger towels and more heating is required one small heater is not enough. The fire place was average didn't warm up the unit and had a strange smell because of its casing.
