The buffet meals was great good variety. We also eat at the bistro cafe was excellent. The heated pool was great for the kids since weather was cold. Our kids enjoyed the adventure park and the pony rides.The staff are all friendly and helpful. Location is beautiful.

I didn't like that they didnt have some of the stuff as stated in the programme like the Saturday Karaoke and I also didnt like that you had to book for everything from dinner to horse riding. When on vacation, you sometimes just want to be carefree and having to plan every detail contradicted that

- This is our second visit. The last visit we notified the reception that the beds were unacceptable. This visit was the same. The bed was so bad that we could not sleep at all the first night. We tried to sleep on the couches but it was too cold in the lounge. The next morning we notified the reception and they brought a new mattress which was just as bad. We had to call again and ask them to bring another. The third one was not great either, but it was passable. This caused us to lose an entire day as we were extremely tired from not sleeping the night before and we had to wait for the bed issues to be resolved.
- The heaters were inadequate for the weather. The bedroom had a tiny bathroom heater and the lounge had an oil heater. Neither of them worked well enough to keep the place warm.
- We wanted to use the heated pool but it was quite dirty and too small for multiple people to enjoy.
- Toiletries like soap and shampoo were only provided on the first day and was not replaced, despite the fact that we were there for 5 days.
Overall, we feel like the standard has dropped quite a bit since our last visit. Many issues that are brought up by multiple guests have not been resolved.
The biggest issues are the beds and lack of heat as these two things cause a lot of discomfort and make it difficult to enjoy your holiday. On our previous visit we were assured that it would be resolved but it was not and therefore we will not be returning next year.
It is very disappointing as the location is amazing and the resort had a lot of potential. However, the lack of upkeep is overwhelming.
