Absolutely perfect place to get away, to relax and unwind. Every single staff member was professional and made sure we were seen too. My hats off to the barman Simon. Will definitely be back. You can never go wrong with the all inclusive package. Totally worth it.

I had a best getaway.There is nothing quite like the contrast of crisp mountain air outside while staying perfectly cozy and warm indoors, especially when backed by flawless staff.

I loved everything about the place. The location, the chalet, the cleanliness, the staff, the food.
All inclusive was definitely worth it. Compliments to the chef. The front desk ladies were amazing and friendly. The waiters, Emmanuel, Simon and Mkhotho were amazing. We had the best wedding anniversary weekend.

Good hiking trails and a convenient shop with excellent views and the staff were really helpful.
Property is dated and needs an upgrade. Facilities are old and some broken. Beds were hard, and pillows were terrible. There was no proper heating in the units apart from the fireplace.
