Close to the tram. So traveling is easy
The window opens up about 5cm giving you just enough air to survive in the summer.

Great location, you can simply walk to Princess Street within 20 minutes. Very friendly & helpful staff. A lot of great places where you can buy coffee, breakfast or enjoy street food at the neighbourhood. Last but not least, the nicest bookshop I’ve ever seen very close to the hotel.

Good location / proximity to the train and bus stations. Some decent food options around (Pret, Sainsbury’s, Tesco). Friendly staff
Had asked for a quiet room but was allocated a room in a block where you could hear people partying till late night + noisy neighbours
The bathroom was clean but there were a few hairs and multiple spots on the bed linen
