The Room was very reasonably priced , location was fairly close to the city centre. It was one of the few hotels that can accommodate 3 beds within 1 room. It has all the necessary facilities. Just to note the "shared bathroom" wording means shared between the guests in the room . not shared between multiple rooms. Check in and out process was very easy and the staff were helpful.
TV was outdated and not working.

Though it is a guest house and even in a small room you have everything you need: very comfortable bed, handy to charge phone, to put stuff like phone, and a book, very handy bed lighting, an ironining board, an iron, a desk with a kettle and everything you need for tea.
Bathroom was very clean and bright.
No problems with heating - even in the night and at the basement floor it was comfortable and warm.
Nice and short walk to the city centre with cosy cafes on the way.
A person who was meeting me as I arrived almost in the mignight was very polite and kindly offered to take my luggage to the basement floor where my room was, which was very nice of him.
Breakfast is not included, though it seems that previously this guest house offered breakfast.
Yes, there are cafes nearby, but the prices are very high, may be higher than in London.
It was a smell of tobacco smoke in the bathroom.

Walking distance from the main train station, modern room, clean bathroom - only shared with one other room.
No issues during my short stay.
