it’s a beautiful, clean place, good value for money

the view, location

internet didn’t work at all. we were six of us n it was hard to close the door of one of the bedroom when three beds were put in one of the bedrooms

very poor value for money ; don’t be tricked by the photos

good location

first unit: aircon and wifi did not work ; no staff to help after 9 pm I’m the morning , 1st staff member helped us move into a new unit but second unit: no shower gel, wifi and TV did not work 2nd staff member didn’t know how or where to get this basic toiletries

Overall, the experience was okay.

Straightforward and easy to check in. Location was really good as it is very central and getting around was a breeze. There were food nearby with a lot within walking distance.

The toilet floors were still wet when we checked in. Parking space was given but was a bit difficult to manouver to the lifts. The pillows were old and ragged which was difficult to sleep on. On the second night, one of the ceiling lights fell off and there was a loud bang when it hit the floor. It fell just within a few feet from me who was sleeping on the mattress on the floor. Can't blame them as no one would have expected this to happen. But it surely made us fear if a similar one might occur again.

Toilet a bit dirty, there is old towels sitting on shower room. Sofa uncomfortable to sit and there is hole (will have backpain if sitting for a long time). We unable to open television, however it's not a really big deal since we're on vacation. One remote AC in the living room not functional well.

Strategic location. Near to F&B outlets and places of interest. Spacious and well equipped room.

The exterior of the place is slightly run down. Need clear signboard to the place. The car park is narrow and the basement carpark is very dirty.

The management asked us to clean the house after our stayed.but didn't provide any tools for us to do the cleaning..

Overall its convenient

Better lighting as some of the bulbs are not functioning, bedsheets and comforter are old and dirty looking

Disappointing

Owner need to ensure things like air-con, shower head, power point in workable condition. Mattress as well, as it was a bit sunken.
