Very friendly welcome and very accommodating to our needs. No lift but our cases were carried up for us. Great location right next to Munster Platz. A short walk to any of the main sights. Delicious breakfast with the opportunity to eat outside on the terrace.
This is not a criticism from our point of view, but the hotel is literally right next to the Munster with bells announcing every quarter hour. They are muffled and minimal during the night, but are back in full force by 6am. It didn’t bother us as we are early risers, but if you prefer a lie in, I would think it would be quite annoying. The bars on the square can also be quite loud late into the night. With the windows closed it’s not a problem but in summer with the windows open (no air conditioning) ……..?

Very comfortable bed and room, with tasteful decor. Breakfast was sensational.
Nothing, but close window at night due to cathedral bells.
