Super-helpful staff, well-appointed room, lovely breakfast, spa booking was refreshing, great location, beautiful restaurants nearby, complementary tea & coffee with snacks available throughout the day to enjoy in the peaceful courtyard.

Room was large & spacious. Hotel is so central that we could walk to all attractions and shopping. It's surrounded by great restaurants. In spite of being so central, it's on a quite street! Even METRO is just 3 minutes away. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The bath area was not enclosed in our room so the whole bathroom got wet. And I found the bath mirror too high, it could be because I'm very short, just 5 ft!

The location
The room was a bit awkward, it was difficult to open the wardrobes as bed too close, they only provided water on the first night and charged thereafter which was a bit mean given the cost of water and the nightly rate.
