Excellent location, its 5-10 mins walk to everywhere. Very good and attentive staff, always positive and welcoming. Superb comfortable beds and pillows. Pool is actually a lot bigger than it shows on the pictures, decent enough to have a short swim and relax. Pool and spa area being reserved means privacy and silence which was amazing. We never had any issues with reservations either, you only need to let them know an hour before or so. Breakfast was small but efficient. Everything was delicious and more than enough for us. I could have spent an entire day at breakfast. One of the best selections I had worldwide (tea selection is also amazing).
Only two relatively negative things for me were; 1. The room becomes too hot at night and temperature doesn’t change even when you turn it down. You need to open a window but its Paris so its still noisy during nighttime. 2. We stayed at the biggest room and apparently its “disability accommodation” so the toilet seat is very high. Im 1.60 meters tall and my feet dangles like a child which is very uncomfortable so maybe bring a stool?

The room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was really clean with modern facilities and lovely Nuxe products. The location of the hotel was really good. 12-15 min walk to Metro station and can easily walk to the Louvre from the hotel.
The lobby was nice but could be made a little more comfortable with nicer seating however the option to charge phones and have a complimentary coffee was really good.

Executive bedroom Walze was excellent and made for a great stay
Lots of space, storage, lighting options very flexible, lovely double aspect
Bathroom very clean, well appointed with big bath - shower water pressure was average which was only downside
Cleaning staff very friendly helpful and efficient with high standards of cleaning
Location for exploring the city on foot was very good, especially if you like Asian food and restaurants
Breakfast very, very average vs other day star boutique Paris hotels
No bar, average tea and coffee facilities, limited reception seating and space, lacked style and warmth, decor a bit faded - all contributed to a very sterile atmosphere on the hotel
Front desk staff professional but not really warm and welcoming, apart from night clerk on arrival, he was very good
