Location was great. The ability to have breakfast onsite is a bonus. Room was larger than I expected for Paris. Staff were helpful and polite
Bed was too hard - woke every day with a sore shoulder. Lift was tiny. Two relatively small items

The location, the personnel, breakfast, size of room, classic look. As a plus, there are some underground parking's in the area in case you need to leave your car.
The building and the furniture looked used and not recently maintained. In my opinion it needs some revamping, especially if we consider the cost, I.e 200 euros per night including breakfast.

The location was quite good and it was very quiet for such a central location.
The staff seemed like they were running thin so weren’t able to be as responsive as we would’ve liked. The room service menu was not great/ the food was very average.
