-we were traveling from USA with kids and they have the room ready for us ahead of time

The room was very spacious and nicely decorated. The location was excellent. Staff were friendly.
I had paid for breakfast and when I enquired in the morning I was told I was meant to have ordered it the night before. The staff did offer to put my order through then however I was running late so I did not get breakfast
