Just gorgeous - central for shopping the bed and pillows was sooooo comfortable we could have stayed in bed all day !!! The staff were lovely friendly and welcoming - I couldn’t fault our stay at all

Staff at the reception were great and always helpful
Staff at the restaurants were cheerful , the Air condition broke in my room the lad three days
House keeping at 4th were not so, every day I ask them to clean my room but no response until the manager told to do it

The location, room and breakfast were all great. Staff were helpful.
Check in and out was a little slow and disorganized.

Great location nice atrium for drinks
Broken door in bathroom, chipped tiles. Couldn’t check in as room not ready until very late afternoon 5pm. Extra bed for child not out in room that night as requested and wrong beds in room had to call down again after a show at 1130pm at night to ask for the bed
