Each room has large to extra large smart TVS. There is high speed wi-fi through out the house that even reaches out to the patio. The home has a split floor plan with the Master, Room 2 and Room 3 on the east side of the home and Rooms 4 and 5 on the west. There are 2 central ac units, each one zoned for each side of the home with whole-home in duct REME HALO air purifier systems. The large, open kitchen has all new stainless Whirlpool Appliances including 2 refrigerators, 2 microwaves, convection oven with air fryer, dishwasher, and wine chiller. The kitchen is fully furnished with inside and outside dinnerware, cookware, and everything needed for either formal entertaining inside or casual entertaining outside by the heated pool. The dining area features a custom single slab exotic hardwood table with seating for 10 with additional seating available for up to 12. The dining room opens to the living room, kitchen, and game room so everyone can be together. The game room features a 65 inch TV, wet bar, pool table, and full size arcade pinball. The backyard pool area has resort style tropical landscaping with banana trees, travelers palms, birds of paradise, bamboo, bromeliads, orchids and more, all enclosed by a custom built privacy fence. At night the trees and heated pool are softly lit providing wonderful tropical ambiance. The heated pool is surrounded by marble pavers with a raised wooden sun deck in the northeast corner providing plenty of Florida sunshine. In addition to the sun deck there is also a covered tiki themed patio area with seating and ceiling fan for relaxing out of the sun. The pool deck area has an outside heated shower, 2 dining tables with umbrellas, 12 dining chairs, chaise lounges, 8ft outdoor kitchen style BBQ grill with running water and smoker and natural gas included. The outside of the property is monitored by an outside RING camera security system for your added protection and safety and for the safety of the property. The 6 cameras and 1 video doorbell camera are all located on the outside parameter of the property and are all in plain view. The home is just steps to beautiful sandy beaches and the crystal blue Atlantic Ocean. The home provides beach towels, beach chairs, cooler on wheels, and a beach wagon.
