I went with the expectations that it was a cheap boarding house for travelers, and at least expected the facilities to be clean and the facility to be quiet at night.
I rented a room, and there was enough space to walk and manage my bagage without any problems.
Everything was within walking distance.
The walls are thin enough to hear others breathe, and there sadly was a traveler that decided to talk loudly on the phone from around 18-22, then 7am untill I left for the days adventures.

The location is very good, the staff were nice, the common area is there living area so that was interesting. If I were staying longer I could say something about the kitchen, at appearances it looks fully functional and there is a full large fridge that is for the guests.
The only negative is that the bathrooms are kind of small, I am larger in height and shoulder width than Japanese people so it was quite tight. The chair in the room is not that comfortable, but it is not that big of a deal.

Location
Bedsheets bad quality and their dark blue colour, cleanness, no sound proofing, I really did not sleep the whole night as my neighbor/next door lady was walking out of her room, slumping her door, slumping the balcony door, going to the toilet, going to the balcony and walking into the corridor every 5 minutes, she was walking in and out of her room for the whole night long really. It was really a night mare.
