Staff were very kind and looked after us well. The pool was clean and refreshing, a welcome relief from the heat.
The accomodation we booked would be perfect for a family with children but the loft area was not comfortable for adults.
Gates are locked overnight and there did not appear to be a staff member present overnight. This created an issue for us when we had booked any early morning safari. The staff member who was opening the gate was a little late, our safari vehicle had already arrived and we were locked in for a while.

Very nice staff, spacious rooms, amazing service, beautiful pool.
Access to the rooms is not suitable for small children or older people as the stairs are very slippery and can be dangerous. Sri Lankan breakfast was only average, the western breakfast was way better. So if you have a choice, take the western option 😊 Besides that it was a wonderful stay for us as family!

A beautiful hotel surrounded by nature. The room was very nice and the bathroom was truly wild and unique, which we really loved. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the quality offered. As Italians, we can say that the food was also very good, and the poached egg was perfectly cooked.
The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Wijaya, one of the guys working there, was especially kind and helpful, but everyone was friendly and welcoming, including the reception staff. Since our safari started at 6:00 a.m., they prepared a breakfast to take with us, and when we returned, we could also have a proper breakfast at the hotel. Even though we stayed only one night, they also did our laundry for us at a very good price. Despite check-out being at 11:00 a.m., they kindly let us stay by the pool until 1:00 p.m. while we waited for our driver to take us to our next destination.
We honestly did not find anything particularly negative during our stay. The property is quite immersed in nature, but for us this was actually one of its biggest advantages.
