Situated in Key Colony Beach, this charming house for $127 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Rentals are Saturday – Saturday unless prior agent and guest agreement made or calendar matched to other reservations already listed Booking Min age is 25 and must be present for the duration of the reservation. Max occupancy is five no matter age or size. Beautiful, upgraded & fully furnished, this Gorgeous ground level home with Granite countertops, SS appliances, detailed stone tiled bathrooms, large master and Fenced in big backyard is the Perfect Family Home for your Vacation. The house sits across from a picture-perfect park with playground for the Kiddos, Tennis Courts and a 4 minutes walk to the Cabana Club which gives you access to a pool and private Beach. Each bedroom has a flat-screen Tv, Cable, and Wifi. The Master has an en suite bath and the other two rooms share a full bath. Master features a King bed, Second Bedroom a Queen and the Third Bedroom a Twin. All linens and towels provided. Talk about Location! Walk to it all! Cabana Club Membership included with rental!!! ( The cabana club is a separate entity from Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys, Clubs operational hours are set by Cabana club and our guests must follow Clubs rules) Must be 25 years and older to book the property Noise Ordinance from 9pm to 9 am (Quite Time) This Property is on MM54 Booking person must be present during the whole reservation 5 Guest allowed no matter the age or size at any time during your stay No Dock or trailer parking This property is “dog friendly” so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved PRIOR to booking - dogs under 60lbs only. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO CATS or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $300 and asked to vacate without a refund. No cats or other animals allowed at this property. Pet Friendly with an additional fee Fee depends on breed and size and can vary from 150 to 400 per pet. Pet fees as follows: 1 to 20 pounds $200 21-40 pounds $300 41-60 pounds $400 this home only allows 2 pets and under 60 pounds ***Whether you book directly with us, on Airbnb or Vrbo, you are required to esign our terms & conditions. These are emailed to you after the reservation has been confirmed. If you have any questions about them please let us know. We will also be requesting some additional information that the sites may not provide. We are required to have certain information on file per the company & the City of Marathon. Nice home in quiet neighborhood with a park across the street. The Cabana Club is in walking distance with a wonderful pool and beach access.

The location was perfect. Check in very simple. Easy walk to cabana club for pool & beach. Many good restaurants nearby. Great to have a playground right across the street. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We arrived at the house, it ended up being a duplex. Not a bid deal, we didnt hear much of the people next door. The house had plenty of room and supplies we needed. We were welcomed with a welcome basket 💖 theres a washer and dryer in the unit. Big plus for us, since we had kids with us. The pool is just a short walk. Only thing we wished was the pool didnt close so early. Other than that we ENJOYED our stay and we would definitely recommend anyone to stay here!
