Les chambres sont spacieuses
Les odeurs de cigarettes émanaient de chez les voisins et envahissaient l appartement ce qui était très désagréable .
Le sèche serviette était cassée.
Il y avait une fuite d eau vers les wc.
La table de la cuisine était instable et prête à rompre.
Peu de couverts de vaisselle.
