space, location, parking spot, close to the city center
no a/c, no fan and very humid. too few towels for 5 nights & 4 persons, kitchen equipment too basic and missing items (scissors, only one very small pan, no spare trash bags, no vegetable peeler, no paper towels), several broken or loose furniture.

En buena zona cerca del centro. Estaba muy limpio y tenía lo necesario para la estancia y cocinar allí.
Había algunos muebles rotos. Pero no se veía si no lo usabas, quedaba bien a la vista.

A casa em si, um T2 muito bom, com boas áreas, com garagem, e muito bem localizado para quem pretende visitar a ilha dispondo de carro (acessibilidades excelentes e com hipermercados e restaurantes muito perto).
Não tinha máquina da loiça, e a impossibilidade de secar roupa no exterior.
